What's the humidity at? If it's low, frogs sometimes like to bask in the water dish to keep themselves comfortable. If the humidity is fine, then unfortunately I do not know for sure. The forum may have other similar cases to this. For example, this member saw a similar situation, but his frog also had runny fecal matter, which was a further sign of infection.

I keep the humidity at 50 to 60 and the frog has lost some weight and won't eat...

what i meant is you need to answer all questions, then we have the whole picture needed to try to help you.
as far as i can tell humidity is way too low, but it seems there might be more things going on given he is not eating, losing weight and sitting in his water dish constantly.

    Hi,
Sorry your frog is under the weather
These things do not happen overnight .

    What stands out immediately is:
    #3- 50-60%
    #4-70 ??????? temp
#9-a calcium dust (every time i get new crickets i dust them but the dust comes off after time)
    How often is this ?
Calcium and vitamins need to be provided on a rotating and regular routine

Here is a basic care sheet:
Frog Forum - White's Tree Frog Care - Litoria caerulea

You really need to review his set-up ( Temp and humidity ) He is cold and dry !
    Easy adjustments !

Feed him well. Consider bowl feeding him so you are able to keep track of how much he eats.
A quick FF search will find you lots of info on bowl feeding.

Just wondering---do you have another photo of him out of the water? It would be very helpful.
