Hi There, When I post frogs I basically plant them firmly in Sphagnum Moss so they are nice and snug and wont move around if tipped. Make sure the Sphagnum is moist and the container is strong and you have put breathing holes in the lid. Once that's done you put the container with Sphagnum & frogs in a box with lots and lots of screwed up paper to ensure the container in the box is secure. Please keep in mind that im sending them within little wee New Zealand. I use an overnight courier but they would be fine for three days provided they have had a big feed first. Ive never had problems sending them this way and Ive sent allot of frogs over the years. I hope this helps.
