I want to buy a pixie frog but do not know where. I know lllreptile has good stock, but they are not selling them right now. Is there anywhere else that I can order a pixie frog in good health?
I have said this before and I stillbelieve in it. If you can hold out for a little while, locate the next reptileexpo and go. Chances are you will be able to find AB (African Bullfrogs) thereboth large and small. This way you can get hands on and look someone in theface when you are considering buying. A lot of internet sites will screw you asyou see in the forum below reading, “we got scammed”. This is of course just my thoughts and ideas, but I like to see the health of the frog and look at his color in person thengetting the mystery prize in the mail. Plus I test his temperament believe itor not, to see how he reacts to being held. Was looking at purchasing a largeadult male before and he tried to take my hand off every chance he got. I don’t handle my frogs often but I do love toeducate people on them since most of them have never seen a huge frog like anAB, and let them mess with them a bit while I supervise for safety of course.
My point to all this, is that youwant to roll the dice and order online but all means do what you want, but injust my humble idea you should hit an Reptile Expo first, and find thatbeautiful monster your looking for. If not i think LLLReptiles is the way to go.

Reptiles n Critters is supposedly selling 'true' pixies right now, but I have no experience dealing with them.
You can also check out the amphibian section on Kingsnake.com if you can't find any local dealers.
So reptiles and critters and kingsnake are selling good pixies?
I ordered from Reptmart and got a great pixie just yesterday. It's alert, healthy looking, and ate 20 small crickets last night.
reptiles n critters nor does lllreptile have these frogs, none of them are in stock in seems.
is reptmart a good place to get the pixie frog? I have a link below Pixie Frog For Sale Online, Buy Now With UPS Overnight Shipping
The frog pictured there looks more like a dwarf pixie (P. edulis). The longer snout and stripe down the middle is an obvious giveaway. Seems kinda fishy to me.
Although the picture on the site does seem to indicate that, the frog I got from them looks like a true pixie rather than a dwarf.
