Default liquid electrolytes and calcium for WTF?

    Hi all,

I am a new owner of a wtf. I've had him/her for about a month. I went to the store looking for calcium dust, but they were out. The worker recommended liquid electrolytes and calcium from a company called Pet Authority Leapin' Lizards. He said to just add a couple drops into dechlorinated water and mist him a bit. Twice a week. Anyone try this before? Or should I use calcium dust? Thanks.

Ok this is a water treatment and although it does help. It is still not enough... ZooMeds water treatment (which i use for ALL of my frogs) has the electolytes and caclium in it as well. They will absorb it through their skin. You need them to ingest it as if they were eating a variety of different insects.

SO ALL IN ALL: Get both =)
