When I first purchased my Caatingas I got 3 out of 4 of them to start eating it right away, didn't even have to tap them on the face. Most of my cranwellies needed more persuasion than that.

Many that are tong trained will accept the food just because they know whaterver you offer them from tongs is food. Others have to be coersed into accepting it by rubbing it against their face. If you got your Joaz from Mike than that explains their willingness to dive at the food. He trained them to eat the Pac food from froglets . Mine are pretty eager to take it, but a few of my cranwelli need the coersion to get them to grab it. A coue of my Ornates accept ig willingly, bug Sanguine only takes it when HE decides that he wants it Lol!

Now I just need to convince my aurita that it is food .

Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!
