    Default Water crystals

This question has probably been posted before so sorry if it has!
So I'm sick of buying "cricket quencher" when I know it's much cheaper to buy the dried crystals and hydrate them myself. I'm in the process of trying to figure out the specifics of this stuff. My main question is if there is a difference between the water crystals sold specifically for crickets and the ones sold for crafts and flower arrangements.

My other question: Does it matter if they are supplemented with calcium? I feed my crickets cricket food with calcium and I feed my roaches a large variety of dry food and fruit/veges and I dust with calcium and/or vitamins before feeding to my frogs. My water dechlorinator also is fortified with calcium. I'm assuming it's pretty safe to say that I don't need water crystals with calcium?

I've been looking on ebay and there seems to be some good deals on this stuff so I just want to make sure I'm getting the right stuff and I'm not going to harm my frogs by giving the wrong stuff to the feeders! Any good info is appreciated

Thanks, Bill! I found enough to last me a few months on ebay for like $3 with shipping so I think I'll snag that!
