Do I need to uncover my frogs for feeding time or will they surface on their own when they are hungry? Both of them are about the size of a 50 cent piece. I usually get them to eat either wax worms or crickets every 2 days. I would sure appreciate your instruction. Thank you.
Just uncover the head so they can see the food, no need to dig up the whole frog. Use wax worms sparingly they are high in fat. Try using nightcrawlers, you can cut them up to the length you need

at that size they should be eating every day, and yes, Matthew was spot on with his advice, however if the conditions are right they will rarely burry themselves completely, if they don't feel safe or something is off, they might not get to the surface themselves even if they're hungry. if you'd like you can answer trouble in the enclosure questions here so we can see if everything is right and advise if any changes needed
Save one animal and it doesn't change the world, but it surely changes the world for that one animal!
