    Question Gut Loading Recipe Help

I've found a bunch of awesome sounding resipes but they all need a blender- which I don't have, nor do I want.

I'm wondering if you guys can help me figure out a recipe-type thing for my crickets? I have baby carrots, oranges, apples and dog food. I intend to buy the gelly for their water but I don't trust the gut-loading formulas in stores, Ilike to know EXACTLY what I'm feeding my animals. So, what all can I do with those things without a blender? Thanks in advance!

Just throw all of those things in there with them. Each cricket has a built-in blender in their head.
