White's tree frog lighting

I don't yet have a White's tree frog but I will this summer, just trying to absorb all the info so I can be awesome at this so I was wondering....

- What is the best, but most common heat bulb I should get for my WTF?
- I live in Southern Ontario and I heard that WTF's are used to temp drops at night, so shoud I just turn off the lamp when I go to bed?
- Which is better for my frog: White light? Red light?

There are a lot of factors to consider.
Are you getting only one or more than one.
If you are getting a max of two frogs 2in to 3in snout to vent sized Whites tree frogs
then I would get no smaller than a 18X18X24 enclosure.
They like hight.
I have this setup.
a exo-terra 18X18X24 small tall
with a light canopy that holds two 25watt CFL bulbs.
I just got 5000K daylight bulbs.
They do put off some heat but not much.
So I added a 50 watt infra red bulb and a 100 watt ceramic heat element.
that is controlled by a zoomed hgrotherm HT-10 controller
that also controls the zoomed repti-fogger that keeps the humidity at 76%
and keeps the daytime temp to 80-82F and night time temp to 74-76F.

I plan on getting just 1 and I have my eyes on a tank like the one to the right
