I'm voting the second option. I have whites, but I would love to get other kinds.

I'm goin towards the second. I only have Kirby, but from my past experiences with frog catching while camping and all sorts of others, I wouldn't mind getting a red eyed, a pacman, or any others, including those little temporary Tupperware and little pond frogs haha. I also want to get Kirby a brother....

I have one White's about 6 months old. Can I get a red-eye treefrog and keep them in the same terrarium or will they fight?

No. White's can get big enough to eat a full-grown red-eyed. There are a plethora of other problems that can arise from this mix as well, White's are very durable frogs and there are some species that will do OK with them, but as a general rule it just isn't work the risk. Keep your frogs separated by species, they will be happier/healthier that way!

Would love me to keep Giant Tree frog but we need a license to keep them. Hopefully next year.

Currently starting out in frogs with southern brown tree frogs and spotted grass frogs we don't a license for these.

#3, started out with two big eyed tree frogs, just picked up another yesterday and a whites and two fire bellies, never thought I would like them so much super fascinated by them, as of right now I'm no longer buying any more pets, have to keep these ones under control, but they are a lot of fun.
