    Yes Bill
Then I saw the Goldens at the show in White Plains
    Doesn't take much ! Does it ?
Someday. For now, I will learn every single speck of information about them.
Patience, I have lots of ! I'll enjoy my valuable reward in the long term. Sigh

    OR
I could just go get another rack and another enclosure !!!!! Just kidding
Have you done a head-count on the frogs I currently own, lately ?

You know Lynn, mantellas do great in basements! There's always room somewhere!

Those Goldens were beautiful at the show, I was very very tempted. I saw some that said "CB" but i'm not so certain how valid that was. We'll see what's left at the February show!

Add a rack Lynn!! Lol you're head count is getting up there. I may catch you one day. I love the golden mantellas, but i'm not quite fond of their price......lol and alex, as usual, is correct, a basement is perfect for them since they prefer to have seasons

    Alex !

I could hardly stand it. Which vendor are you talking about?
2nd row/right -as you are walking in( west side of the building ) / back of the room /end table? They were 60$ or $80 each ?
Actually , I think there might have been 2 vendors selling them?

BUT then there are -- Phyllobates terribilis----mints !

Actually the temp in the basement undergoes a very show change throughout the year ( 67 lowest -75 on a real hot day)
What changes is the humidity. Our home was built in 1934.

It's really hard to sneak racks and enclosures into the house.
'Stealthy' I can be when sneaking frogs in ... but not racks

you need to do what i do Lynn, leave the stuff in the car, wait for the spouse to go to sleep, and then quietly bring the new stuff in.....lol

my house was built in the 20's but it's unfinished and not heated, so i can get massive swings, but i control it with a space heater. i run my heater in the mantella tank on the timer with my lights, so they get a gradual warm up and cool down, just like if the sun were doing the heating. i go from about 72-74 daytime to about 65 at night.
