    Default Huge Saltwater Croc

    The crocs name is brutus he was first spotted in 2011 missing 1 leg due to a run in with a shark(must have been a bloody big shark) he is 5.5m long and experts believe 80 years old he was found in the adelaide river 100k's south of Darwin, one of the largest saltwater crocs since a 6.2m salty found near cape york Qld, just thought i would share (because it's massive haha)

    That is truly impressive!! That's one smart old boy to have survived 80 years. Are they hunted down there? We have alligator seasons for population control. Does your country do something similar?

    the one on the right has been proven a fake not the bigger one it's been looked at a lot over the last year. DC no there are no seasons for it and we don't really hunt them although there is a market for their meat which is really good.

    Wow, he's gorgeous! I can't wait to head off to Aus. to study critters like him in a few years 8)
