Hi all....have a question. I have a Pacman and was advised that they like Nightcrawlers and was wondering if my other frogs could eat them too. I have 2 Red-Eyes, 4 Firebellies, 1 White Lipped and 1 Dumpy. Just figured I would ask so that I could get more for the other frogs. THANK YOU!
I don't see why not. Do you have feeder tongs? The worms wriggle around quite a bit, that should be enough to catch the interest of most frogs.
You can also cut them into pieces.. being sliced in half tends to get the worms moving around more rapidly, yeah go figure. =P
Nightcrawlers are pretty nutritious and a great choice, so good luck!
Ok...just wantwed to make sure I can feed them and they won't choke of them....(had that happen to my first frogs).
Just make sure if the frog is on the small side to cut the worm into the appropriate size.
Using scissors you can pretty much cut a nightcrawler as small as you need, assuming you have the stomach for it (it is gross..).
