First please check your local law.
Even someone will send* you any animals they can be stop on border/customs.
You need to have permission if required.

*send- it's illegal to post any animals using normal post office services.
This have to be some special company which is specializing in this sort of businesses.
They can be send from any country to any place but of course it is case of money you want to spend for it.
For example some time ago I was looking for postage from USA Florida to UK. It was box with 5 little frogs.
Box will be packed by specialist to guaranty animals safety travel all what I was want it was just delivery.
The price was only 2000$ compare to 102$ for UPS standard service for normal postage the same sizes (which you can not use of course).
As well that 2000$ they was want from me was not depends form quantity you send for one frog it will be the same price.

    Hope it help....

Glad you are pointing out information about country animal importation laws and associated costs with them. Buying and importing one to a few species from another country can make each individual animal cost in the thousands $$$$ . It's only when an importer gets hundreds of specimens that the licensing/transportation cost can be spread over them and they can become "affordable" at destination.

For example, to bring any animals into US you would need a licensed exporter to prepare and package specimens, air shipment, a licensed importer/transhipper to receive species at airport and process through customs and later quarantine them when required, and finally air shipment to owner .
Remember to take care of the enclosure and it will take care of your frog !
