I offered Peggy (my new Fantasy frog) a nightcrawler not too long ago, and she showed no desire to eat it. Actually, she hasn't eaten since I got her on Sunday. Can someone help me out here?

She was fed crickets before I got her. So, am I allowed to start freaking out if she doesn't eat after her first week? I neglected to mention that she ate a few crickets in her deli cup the day of the reptile show.

Horned frogs cue in on movements of potential preys. At times nightcrawlers don't move nearly enough to gain the attention or a feeding response from the frog.
Here's a video of my frog eating a nightcrawler. Notice how she ate it after the worm twitched dramatically (after I pinched it).
Mine almost never takes nightcrawlers based on movement alone. That's why it took me so long to get her on them. I finally just got her to where I could rub it on her lips and she will take it, but it took forever for her to associate that with food.
A good rule is not to panic about a frog not eating unless it starts losing weight or you have good reason to believe something bad is causing a change in appetite. Just cover three sides of her tank and keep traffic around her to a minimum for a few days, she'll probably calm down quicker that way.
I am pleased to announce that Peggy's eating like a hog as of today. I dumped in some crickets today after school, and she ate very well-evidently she was hungry enough to chase after them like she's a Pyxie frog or something! If I'll always be getting a feeding response like that, the only thing I'll have to worry about is overfeeding her! Now, is it normal for them to burrow as far down as they can after a big meal? Also, how am I going to get her accustomed to nightcrawlers?

Its less sanitary that way and the frog sometimes becomes more intimidated by youre hand in its face. It may be less likely to accept them from your hand. Youcould try dropping them so that they land 1" to 1.5" away from the frog in striking distance and most of the time they'll strike without thinking.
I've been bleeding more than once from a frog bite and I tong feed for the frog's benefit not my own. Has nothing to do with a tough guy contest lol!
You're right. I'll start tong feeding Peggy then.

I am also pleased to announce that Peggy is now accepting nightcrawlers. In fact, this one didn't even have time to hit the water!
