24 hours ago, Rocky, my juvenile Pyxie frog, was active, did GREAT, and ate like a little horse. Now, I fear he's dead or dying. He's pale, his eyes are half shut, he has an unusually bloated look to him, and I've had almost zero movement in the last several minutes. I wanna say I felt a heartbeat, but that may have been the pulse from my fingers. What could possibly be wrong with him? Can ANYONE help me, like, NOW?

Nevermind-I'm pretty sure the poor little guy's already bit the dirt. There's a very faint odor coming from him now... At least he's in a better place. Could anyone help me find out what was wrong though?

I'm really sorry to hear that you lost your little guy..
I really don't know what could have caused that. Sounds pretty strange.
What was the last thing he ate?

The crickets came from the pet store we always get our crickets from.

Nope. George and the treefrogs were acting fine, and Wendy's on a different floor and she's just fine.

This is very strange. Perhaps refrigerate him and have a Nechropsy performed on him by a vet. Its hard to say what may have killed him.
He could have had an underlying issue that didn't show on the outside. Liver and kidney failure. Maybe even a neurological problem.
I am sorry for your loss
I am so sorry to hear you lost him!! So sudden, very sad.
