I have had my pacman frog for about 2 and a half months and it has growth ever so slightly. It is only about 2 inch and do not know whether I am doing something wrong. I feed him every single day. I dust calcium 2-3 times a week, give herptivite once a week, change the water dish daily by using a water conditioner and my frog has barely grown. Am I doing anything wrong? I feed nightcrawlers as the main diet for the frog. Is that the problem then? At my petsmart store I have only found crickets and nightcrawlers. My lighting is 50 watt basking light that is adjusted down according to temp, infared at night that is also 50 watts, and the humidity stays are around 80% with temps are around 80 degrees. Thanks
How big is your pacman now?
2 inches, maybe just over it now
It may be near full grown then. A male Cranwell may only reach 3 inches full grown
So I have a small frog then, I got a pacman frog cause I though they would be of the largest. It has never croaked once, so I don't think it is a male, either that or an undeveloped male.

Yea maharg is right the male cranwell stays small 2 1/2 larg ones get to 3 1/2 your doing everything rit good job!! any pics of the baby???
If you want a large Pacman I would suggest an Ornate aka Aregntine. But do not get one if you are not ready or it will compromise the care you are giving to the current Pacman. As Locascio mentioned you seem to be doing everything right with your Pacman, and although it may be small I bet its happy.
Its probably a male that has reached the stage where growth slows. By about 9 months to a year it should be about three inches. Everything sounds good.
If you do get a Ornate Horned Frog, as Maharg suggested, you should note that they should be kept at a slightly cooler temp (74-80 F).
pacman frogs arent always huge, they are just big built. Even a three inch male could consume a hopper mouse with no problem. I like the look of the smaller male Pacman Frogs. Males of the Fantasy Frog and Cornuta even make good candidates for a natural(istic) terrarium as they wont destroy plants as easily as a 4 inch plus female Cranwelli.
Okay thanks, so what the frog is going through right now is normal, cause it just did not seem to be right.
