Water? Land? Half and Half?

So I have a whites whitch I want to do a half water half land. What supplies will I need? I would like it to be something like this New White's Tree Frog Tank UPDATE - YouTube, If you could tell me like a list and then for say a brand or a certain pump that's cheap and good. Thanks guys.

Whites are tree frogs not water frogs. The only reason they go in the water is to hydrate and poop. If you make half your tank water, you could be setting your frog up for an accidental drowning.
