    Question Warm water + Honey?

What does warm water with a little honey in it suppose to do? I've heard it said before and how and why would it be used correctly?

It's main use is to get an impacted/consitpated frog to have a bowel movement. Raw honey is also a natural anti-fungal, anti-bacterial, and anti-virual substance, so there's that too. It's good for scrapes and abrasions.

Is it ok for someone to use this method even if there is no knowable reason?

It probably wouldn't hurt the frog or anything, but you don't want to give them a bunch of honey baths for no reason. It will just stress out your little guy.

I would only administer honey baths if there is an actual reason to do so. They don't soak in honey in nature
