Oodinium in my Red Eyed Tree Frog?

Okay, this is my first post so I'm not sure I attached the picture correctly.. But anyways, I have a juvenile Red Eyed Tree Frog and I'm a little concerned about him getting Oodinium. He has a few white spots on his back (see picture). I have read the Red Eyes naturally have little spots on their backs but I'm still worried. The spots on my frog (Harold) are not multiplying and his cage is fairly clean, but still, How do you know if it's Oodinium or if it's just the frog's natural markings?

Yes, little white dots are a normal skin pigmentation on a red eyed tree frog.
The white dots I see here are normal and will always be there.
Some have more than others.

Oodinium is light gray-ish dots all over the frog.
