Hmm its kinda a tough one, so many things.

    1. Proper sized enclosure for type/number of frogs (Hate seeing the crowding in undersized)
    2. Misting system
    3. UTH (gets cold in my neck of the woods in the summer)
    4. Timers (a must for day/night consistancy)
    5. Leaf Litter to hold moisture in soil
    6. 6500k lighting
    7. Digital Heat/hygro probe
    8. feeding bowl
    9. Cal/Vit for dusting

So much more, the list could just keep going.

    Well, my frogs are pretty low maintenance so;

1] Mist bottle - They only need a mist every other day.
2] Water Bowl - They love to soak
3] A culture or two of Pill bugs - So I can feed them the babies[amongst other things]
4] A hideout - They are nocturnal, so need a place to hide during the day
5] Calcium dust - for obvious reasons

    and that's it really .

It's always hot here, so a heater isn't necessary, nor is a timer, because they're situated next to the window, so they can see when the sun comes up and when it goes down.

Also, they're communal & parental, so a super large tank isn't necessary.

The only killer is the cleaning, because I probably stupidly used Aquarium pebbles as a substrate and things get stuck between and under them x.x . Probably going to switch to just soil at some point.
