Right now, I have a 10-gallon planted vivarium that's home to my blue dart frog, Wendy. I would like to transfer Wendy and her future partner to a 20-gallon long vivarium one of these days, though. So, if I were to put some sticks and vines in Wendy's current vivarium when she moves out, would that make a suitable setup for a vivarium-friendly tree frog species, such as a clown tree frog or a reed frog? Or would I have to put all-new plants and substrate and stuff in the vivarium, so as not to introduce diseases or something?

most people will tell you to be completely safe when putting a new frog into an old habitat to completely remove everything and either clean it or replace with new stuff. If you want to be totally safe then redo the whole thing. Personnally i would go to petco since its $1 a gallon sale right now and pick up a 20 gallon for the tree frog as well and turn the 10 gallon into a quarantine / grow out tank for any future frogs.
