I bought Tetra's Aquasafe and is says it declorinates and conditions water. However it also promotes slime coat in fish with orgainic hydrocolloids. Does this matter that is has this in the conditioner?
I'm hoping it is safe because that is what I use for all my frogs and even my Tarantulas when I mist them.
You should be fine. I have not heard of the slime promoter causing any issues yet.
We use Prime exclusively. It has been the best one for our tap water here so far.
i use this for all my reptiles, amphibians, fish, and invertebrates. I like that it is universal
Completely safe. I used it for a while, but prefer Zoo Med Reptisafe because its affects are instant, but almost all these products work in seconds so most are adequate.
