How long after a larger meal before my frog will eat again?

I usually feed my pixie every day, but only worms, and other insects. day before yesterday I fed him his first mammal, he skipped one day of eating, and this morning also, he is still looking healthy, and is active. But I'm curious, how long of skiping meals till I should be concerned? Is he still digesting the big meal? I know, I'm probably a worry wort, but I love my slimy kidos

how old is he pixie? even after eating a mouse my frog ate the next day with no hesitation

hmmm are they able to ketch swiming fish? if so he may be getting his own food too. he has a large water feature with lots of fish types in it. but I never have seen him go after them. also, he is 4 inches, maybe a bit bigger then that, it was a baby rat, he downed it without any issue on size, ect. didn't bother him at all.

They can but not that well Rex doesn't eat his ghost shrimp id just try and offer daily if he doesn't eat he's not hungry check for regular bms to make sure nothing went south

I think its just that he is still full, I checked the temp he sits in, and turned it up one degree, I think it was one degree to cool, not that it would matter but you never know, have never seen him take a bm, he doesn't like to do those when I'm looking at him, and he does it in the water, and the fish eat it right away LOL

Yea true but kinda keep a eye out for it but I'm sure he's just full

Mine didn't have a problem eating about 5 guppies and 2 large platies on his own. They where in his 4 gallon aquatic area. Mine easily eat pretty much anytime food is offered whether it be a few hours after a feeding or periodically through the day.

I just counted the fish, there are about a few dozen guppies missing. that is why and tonight he at a ton of mixed items, he is all good.
