Well first of all, let me say that there are very few people who are interested in details of the sexual health of toads...so for those of you who answer my question, you are my heros

I have a pair of Southern Toads that are in amplexus right now. They have been doing this for about three days now. Is this normal? How long does it usually last?

3 days sounds a bit long, but as long as they both look healthy I'd assume it's okay. I've had NM Spadefoots in amplexus for about 2 days before. They might just be having fun...
