Default Finished my Diy Fogger last night.

    Hey guys,

So I got my new Pacman from Mike this past weekend and I wanted to share some pictures. I also converted my Wife's Humidifier to use as a fogger during the day so I dont have to jump up ever few hours and spray the whole tank down with my mister.

The difference between this frog and my last one (RIP) is night and day. I was originally going to put him in a small critter carrier that I prepared before hand so that he would be more comfortable, but he was so active I just went ahead and put him in the tank. So far he's been doing great, digging around and finding spots. Much to my delight, he's a voracious eater and takes a half nightcrawler like a champ whenever one is offered.

To be sure, I dont keep it this foggy all the time, this was more to test that it actually worked. I usually keep it running just enough to maintain Humidity at 80 degrees.

You can buy a timer to hook the either up to so that you can set it to turn on and off during the day every hour for a few minutes at a time to maintain your little ones humidity.

yeah I was thinking about getting the R'Zilla timer next week or so, a humidity activated one would be nice but I can't find one for under $75.

Check Amazon.com and see if you can find a Zoo Med Hygrotherm.

I use Hygrotherm units. They are worth what you pay.

I just got my first Pacman frog this past Friday. It HAS become an obsession lol... I'm looking into getting a fogger. Maybe another frog ! I saw this awesome strawberry pacman at my local exotic pet store and it had me thinking all kind of crazy thoughts lol.

So far he's eaten 2 whole night crawlers, one half at a time. I took him out of his hiding spot for a warm honey soak, which he stayed in for like 2 minutes before he made his way back to his spot.

He's looking real fat right now:

Excuse the image quality, I had the fogger on at the time.

I havent seen any poop yet (admittedly I haven't gone looking for it either) but he's looking pretty plump so I thought I would just let him be until tomorrow night when I give him another soak.
