When to feed my new Red Eyed Tree Frog

I want to feed the frog tonight. He is still sleeping now with the lights on. Should I wait till the lights go out around 9pm to feed him the crickets? Or put the crickets on when the lights are still on?

Well, frogs are nocturnal, so I would feed them at around dusk.

RETFs are definitely nocturnal, so I would feed him at night after the lights go off. Otherwise, the crickets may try to chew on your frog while he is sleeping.
