You do need some ventilation so don't block it off completely. Everything else is up to you - these are tough frogs.
Just bought an ornate pacman frog.... it is 1/2 dollar size.... It is in a 10 gallon tank, i used the eco earth, 2 fake plants and a small dish for water... I spray my tank every 30 to 45 min... the tank is @ 27C and the humidity is @ 70%... I do not use moss as it may impact the pacman... should I use real plants... I went as far as put plastic bags over the screen to trap the moisture... Please advise

Thank you John for your reply... Much appreciated ...
I second removing some of the plastic from the cage. I have some plastic that I put over my cages if the humidity drops. I usually use that for when it gets colder or hotter as the heat or air is on.
You could put plants in the cage and that is all up to you. I wouldn't and when I had mine I kept the tank to a minimum. You'll find that these guys will just bury themselves from time to time, and anything that gets in there way will get knocked over.
I appreciate the info... Thanks JeffX...
Hey JefX,
could you answer this if possible or anyone here...
I fed my pacman frog (Fred) 3 pinkys last 7 days ago and has not eaten since... I tried feeding him a small mouse, but does not want to eat.... any reason why... My tank temp is running 80F to 82F during the day and 75F to 78% @ night... The humidity is @ 72% - 75%... Should I take him out of the tank to feed him?
