Adf Feeding

[Congo Frogs]

I have one question (now before i ask this question i did my research on how often to feed and such but i just want to make sure :P) I feed my ADFs hbh frog and tadpole bites i feed them 3 each is this okay? and how often should i feed my ADF? should i feed them once a day? or once every other day?
