Coco coir!

I was about to put in an order from an online wholesaler when I found the exact same thing at Orchard Supply! Has anyone used this exact brand or something similar? It says 100% organic and OMRI certified! Is it good enough to expand it and put it right into my setup? The great thing about finding it locally is that it's the same price as online with shipping plus I know it's stocked regularly whenever I need it! Your thoughts?
