Default Mouth full of soil, Yikes!

One of my red eyes got a mouth full of coco fibre at the base of a plant when she grabed for a cricket. She tryed using her hand to get it out but I'm sure she swolled some. Is it going to be a problem? Is there anything I should do to help her digest it? I've got my soil really covered so that this kind of thing doesn't happen she just happend to lunge at a particular gap.

If it's just fine coconut fiber, she should pass it through her digestive system without any issues. Don't worry!
