Is this tank to small?

I was wanting to add another frog to my tank it is a half moon tank 17.2 x 12.9 x 22.6 is it a good size for three green tree frogs?

A general rule of thumb is 10 gallon/frog. Your encolsure is about 15 gallon, which some would say is even to small for even two. I would not add a third unless getting a bigger terrarium.
