Best moss to use..?

Hello, I have a tank with a stream in it, it is quite moist, and a pond at the end. I was wondering what should i use for moss? I heard that java will spread and is easy to care for, But im not sure which moss to use. I want the moss that will look nice. Not all shaggy. Could you tell me which moss to use?
