Default Got a lil pac! :D

So... I went to buy my chubby a buddy. I go in, take out the frog, and put him in my kritter keeper (the manager comes up behind me) Her: "WHAT THE F*** ARE YOU DOING??" Me: Do you see the sold sign on the tank? Her: Yeah... why? Me: Because I already purchased this frog. Her: Oh... Sorry... Me:... *Walks away*

So that's how the purchase of my chubby frog went, then as I'm walking away, what do I see? I nice little Pacman... Housed on bark chips and aquarium gravel...

Needless to say, I couldn't help myself... I now own a cute lil (Green?) pacman...

So here he/she is! (I named him/her Tank after HeatherAnn's pac!)

Is he/she a Green Pacman? I notice he/she has quite a lot of yellow on him/her.

    From the store:

I was putting my finger beside him for a size comparison (about the size of a quarter) and well...:

Current set-up, 2.5 Gallon Kritter Keeper (moving up to a 5 gal in a couple of months), small water dish, and a half log:

    Thanks for looking!

    Nice pickup!

Green horned frogs with lighter marking has more chances of staying green, at least in my experience.

Awe! Seriously? I'm flattered you like Tank's name enough to share it .

I love my little Tank. He is a little "tank". Tough little stinker. My little eating machine, ha ha! I hope you're little Tank will be a great eater too!

Ha ha! We'll have to give them middle names so we know which we are talking about, ha ha! I'll think of a good one .

    Flattered,

Haha!! congrats on your new pac! Only think I can say is I wouldn't expect to keep him in that kritter keeper for very long, they grow like weeds! A 10gal id the perfect size for an adult, so you may wanna just skip the 5gal and go straight to that. My pac (Squish) just outgrew her 5gal, and I mover her into a 10gal earlier this week

Hmmm... Destroyer is a pree' cool middle name... yeeeah, "Tank Destroyer"... sounds good? I think that name suites my pac nicely...

Hopefully he will be a big eater, so far, both Chubbies I've bought ate 4-8 crickets after I got them home from the pet store, but so far "Tank Destroyer ()" hasn't eaten any. I put 4 small 1/4" pniheads in his tank, so we'll see if there's any left by morning!

Thanks! Oh, and have no worries! The 2.5 is just temporary, he/she will be moved into a planted 20 gallon... once I can find a 20 gallon for-sale, shouldn't take too long!

That's a more than sufficient home for him!
I was thinking about planting mine but I'm pretty sure Squish would dig them all up -____-

Ha ha! I'm typing from my iPhone on Tapatalk scrolling from topic to topic. My eyes are all crazy, lol! I'm surprised I'm not seeing double yet, ha ha ha!

    Lol! Or Tank meister? Lol!

Yes, Tanky is a digger also. Maybe planting in pots would be sturdier?

Oh... iPhone screen + fourming... yeah, seeing double is a common side affect I hear...

Yeah, I am going to leave the plants in their pots for sure! I think a full grown pacman would easily up-root plants if not kept in their pots!
