    Default Zoo Med terrarium hood or best fixture for RETF

    Any thoughts on this hood? im planning to setup a red eye tree frog setup and i was looking at this one. If not does anyone else recommend any other fixture?
    I have a 18x18x24 terrarium.

    It'll work, but so will a dome light from the hardware store. When it comes down to it, a lot of the fancy products available for lighting terrariums are no better than "ordinary" fixtures.

    Dome lights can be moved around also, and are very adjustable if hung from the ceiling or above the enclosure.
