Well, Christmas is right around the corner and I'm thinking about askin for a Mist King system. Problem is I have a hexagon tank, and I have no clue how I should secure the nozzle in the tank....any ideas? Also, who has used mist king in the past? how is it?
Hi, I use an Exo terra monsoon misting system which I would think is pretty similar. The nozzles come complete with sticky pads so they stick anywhere but I decided to wire mine to the mesh top of my red eye set up.
Regards Vern
If you do go with a Mist King, just have the nozzles come through the top and aim down in.
Mist King also has corner adapters which as a triangle shaped plate to help secure to a top corner but you can drill a hole in a piece of plexi to have it come through your top.

Maybe I can cut a piece out of wood or 1/16" steel that is similar to this : MistKing Misting Systems by Jungle Hobbies Ltd
except on a 30 degree angle as opposed to 90 for a square top? maybe? I dunno
That could work. You could also drill an appropriately sized hole in the lid. That's probably what I would do.
