    Default Rip b33st

So, my African Clawed frog B33ST passed away...
My brothers still have Jake- which is our other African Clawed-
I was wondering if there is anything I can do to keep Jake from
getting the same illness that B33ST did.
I've heard of it before but I can't remember the name.
When I found him, he was bloated, like a little balloon.

Should I boil the water and then let it cool to room temperature before
I introduce Jake back into the environment?
Scrub the glass with any certain cleansers?
I've heard things but I'm not exactly sure...

I know this sounds over-dramatic but I put him in a paper box and buried him.
Mainly because I didn't have the heart to flush my very first frog down
    the toilet...

    Hi there.

Personally I'd be tempted to do a complete clean:

-Change all water and treat replacement with Chlorine remover
-Clean tank with commercially available aquarium/reptile disinfectant and rinse thoroughly

    Sorry to hear about b33st

I would add to that, replace the substrate and watch the water chemistry. The tank is going to recycle and you will need to monitor ammonia and nitrite levels.
