Hello, All.
I am looking for advice on a tank bulb. I have a 3/4 aquatic 20gal Long tank with 4 fire belly toads. The daytime water temp is 74-76 and at night it drops to 72ish. There is a screen top so the tank air is room temp. Close to the same as the water.
Currently I have a one bulb clip on light over the top with a black light bulb for viewing them at night without disturbing them. However, I would like to change it to red.
Reading some threads I see that it shouldn't be too warm or their skin could dry out so I don't necessarily want it to heat them but I don't know if I should get the kind that heats or just a regular red incandescent bulb? I wanted like a 40W - 60W brightness only so that it doesn't light up the entire room, just the tank area.
Any suggestions?
Thank you all.....

Like said earlier: moonlight led.
We have Moonlight LED lamps (0,5W) from Lucky Reptile for our crested geckos and they are bright!
Do you want the bulb only for light or to heat the tank? Your temps (if they are not impacted by any current heating systems) seem to be in the ideal temp range for FBT's.
