I don't get it and I am not exactly sure how but I came home from class and one of the frogs was dead. it was the one that refused to eat and wasn't active at all last night and this morning. I have been gone all day so I am not sure what happened. their temps were at 78 and the humidity is atm 53% but I did mist them this morning. I know that there is the possibility that it may have already been sick but it just makes me sad.
Should I completely empty the tank and put fresh bedding in the tank, or will Peek-A-Boo be ok? I don't want to lose him/her either though he/she has been eating. Ate three pinheads tonight.
Jenn, I'm really sorry for your bad discovery. I'm speechless.. He might be gone, but not forgotten.
thanks it's just so sad. I had noticed this morning that he hadn't moved from his spot on the glass at all. then when I came home he was just laying in the substrate. went to check on him and he didn't move at all. There were no throat movements telling me that he was alive at all.
Sorry for your loss Jenn .

Jenn, so sorry to hear this. Amphibians are delicate critters, hence the decline in the wild. You did all you can do, but I know this doesn't make and loss any easier.
Thanks everyone.
Jen...Im very sorry to hear about your frog.
