Temp of water in soaking dish for RETFs

Does anyone have any recommendation / resource / research articles / information regarding the ideal temp. for the water in the Red Eyed Tree Frog's soaking dishs ?

Room temp will do. I keep my frogs around 75-78 degrees.

I took the water 1/2 ( bottom-right ) out of my enclosure. It was heated water.
My enclosure is 36x36x18. I have 3 different thermometers - that are all OK , including the fancy one w/ a probe.
However, the water dish ( I have an aquarium thermometer sitting in it) is just 75 F.
Day lights came on about an hour ago. I may have to add a little heat ? as it's on the low norm. end of the range.
I'm off today- I will monitor it very closely.
