Nice bully. Pretty soon he'll be going to hibernate. He is nice and fat ready for winter. Unless you take him in? Keep us updated. If you keep him indoors lets see the setup.

He is huge. I would like to see an African American Bullfrog. Dogs would go missing. Parents wouldn't let their children go down to the pond anymore. It would be awesome.

The pond is still in the process of being redone (for the third time now), during the past winter I lost all my fish including 12 two foot koi and a 8 pound albino catfish so decided to make it bigger for the last time. also added a stream

love the bridge, are you building it yourself?

REALLY interested in doing this, but don't think it would work here in colorado. Ground it too hard, and too much snow/ice in the winter

yup everything is built by my brother father and myself. you'd be suprised how much snow and ice these ponds can take, you just need an aerator for oxygen and a heater to keep a hole in the ice for gasses to escape

hmm, did not realize that. Will have to look into a pond more. I have been dismissing the idea too easily. Thank you!
