Welcome to the community. It's good to hear you've ironed out all of the problems. Best of luck with your little frogs. Hopefully you can help others who are starting with these guys.
Hi all, my wife loves these frogs and so now I have gotten interested in them too, since I have been helping learn how to take care of them. We have learned a little bit by trial and error, but now things are great. The mistakes we've made is water not being warm enough, and too powerful of a filter, among other things. Unfortunately we've lost a few as we learned what we needed to, we aren't happy about it but it happens I guess.
Now we have a cool little 5 gallon hex with an undersized filter that barely moves the water but keeps it clean, some live plants and small lily pads (don't know the names), and 2 extremely happy and healthy juvenile frogs. It is really easy to get attached to these little guys, and it is very entertaining and funny to watch them eat and do their crazy poses.
Anyway enough rambling, I just wanted to join here so I could learn more, since my wife isn't much of a message board person.
