Grif looks Pretty chubby, but if I soak him and he pees and poops he doesn't look near as fat. So how do you know that your frog is obese?

They contain about 80% water, and they ment to look like they are fat. When you cant see there legs anymore then they are fat. If you see there bones threw there skin then they are too skinny.

Thanks BG. I figured he wasn't obese. He's supposed to be fat looking. He has pretty long front legs. I can still see all of them. He just looks really chubby when he's well hydrated. I love how he waits to be fed. His eyes open really wide and clear not to mention he stares right at me. I guess that's waiting paciently. Even sits and waits a few seconds before grabbing the food from the forsepts. My little baby just feasted on 3 small crickets and a fat wax worm. Ot wants to eat something different every other night. Poor little guy/gir had a bad shed yesterday and I soaked him/her as soon as I got home to get the bad shed off. Was stressed a little from it but after I put the plant on drift wood in and a half log hide he /she seems pretty happy.
