Any opinions on moss matt from exo terra?

Exo Terra : Moss Mat / Terrarium Substrate

I was wondering if I can use that as the substrate.

Never used it before but go ahead and feel it. If it feels soft to the underside of your arm and not abrasive then you should be okay. The other reptile carpet Ive seen feels too rough. Frog bellies are pretty sensative...just make sure its something thats not going to scratch their bellies.

So it would be okay for pacmans? it says easy to clean. I Wonder if It could also be submerged. lol.
