Hello just want to show off my new frog. not sure exactly what kind of pacman it is or what sex.
Looks a lot like C. cranwelli. Pattern looks a lot like that of my cranwelli. Congradulations with your new pet.

Congrats on the Pacman. Nice C. Cranwelli awesome pattern.
believe it or not i bought him at petsmart. luckily the petsmart we have here actualy take care of their animals as best they can. its been a while since i have had a pacman my last one got huge. but unfortunatly i had to get rid of everything i had as i went overseas.
Congrats on your new pacman. He is so nice! They should have a WARNING label on the tank " This item has addicting powers, anyone who gets one is addicted" lol. Nice lookin.g colors, wich will change as he grows
i agree they are addicitng im trying to figure out how to get another one with out the wife getting mad at me. she is buying me a red foot tortoise for christmas and was kind of reluctant to do that. im sure i can eventualy sneak uh i mean bring another one in the house. in the pic i think he was mad at me as i kind of made him move so i could take the pic lol. what color do u think he will be when hes older
All due respect ,but pacman frogs are way less maintenance then red foots. You need a big tub,UVB/A. you have to clean more often ,cause they are messy eaters. and they like it humid. They are not the desert type. The calcium and vitamins are not enough for them. They have to have a big variety of foods. Its much more work then pacman. I keep mine in a draw system and they are doing great. Not stressed out at all. I can do what ever i want with them and they wont get stressed out. Because i give them there space. The red foot is a beautiful tortoise and love to get one but ,i know ,i have 25 turtles. The maintenance is costly. But i love them . The good thing about them is i don't have to clean up any thing. I have good filters.
It really looks like our cranwelli. Amazing:

Very nice frogs everyone. hope mines gets some green eventualy. im thinking of getting another one at the repticon show in baltimore on 8 oct. i cant wait as that is also when im getting my redfoot tortoise. delaware kind of sucks for petstores although our petsmart is not to bad they seem to take care of the animals. we do have a reptile show that is once a month its about a 2 hour drive. i have kept redfoots before so i am all set to go with them not realy that much work keeping them once everything is in place.
Nice frogs guys!!
I'm guessing he will get greener if placed on a different substrate moghue........I think BG said sphagum moss worked for this.
