Re: Glass frogs of La Gamba, Costa Rica

+1.....I used to live in Western Panama and took a few excursions to find these guys, to no avail. Ultra-jealous, perhaps even a little angry :p

Re: Handling/picking up White's tree frog

My opinion is that frogs are show animals and should not be held unnecessarily. Some frogs, namely white's, will tolerate it, but in general it should be avoided. When a prey animal (like a frog)...

Re: Very sick red eye... :-(

Agreed. Also, getting frogs from a reputable breeder sometimes means everything. I've not had many happy experiences with store-bought animals.

    Re: Unboxing new frogs!

Clowns are the best! Best of luck with em. A word of advise: IME they prefer smaller prey items than you might think for their size. Just a thought.

    Good Luck!

I say hypochondrialis. Certainly not tomopterna. Most imports are hypos. Nice frog.

Re: Update on white lips in rain chamber

Think this is the best thing right now, especially with the new frog. Allow him to get acclimated before you put any added stress on him. Keep at it, you'll get there!
