Plans changed, I'm available tonight if you want the frogs
I am still looking to give these guys a new home, but I don't think I'll have time to meet up until the weekend...
I beleive these guys are making me sick on occasion, and have decided it's probably wise to pass them on... I just want them to go to a good home... you can have the whole works, enclosures and all,...
But they're so cool! Mine doesn't completely bury herself, so I can see her whenever... I think reptilestation should get one...
Frog's doing great! Pretty sure it's female, but haven't come up with a name yet... she's eating great, mostly night crawlers with some crickets every once in a while... worms are soooo much easier...
Yeah, they are definitely deceptive... they appear to be fat lazy frogs, but they sure can move when they want to... such cool animals...
Hopefully I can avoid getting really chomped... I imagine...
Yeah, I've heard the same, but it was more of a surprise to me than painful... Fed her a worm today with the tongs, works like a charm!
I'm about 75% sure it's a girl, but I still could be wrong...
Turns out it's not the best idea to feed nightcrawlers to a pacman by hand. She got my fingers instead of the worm last feeding, so we're switching to tongs...

I don't have any lights on the tank, just room lighting, so pics don't always turn out the best, but here's the setup and the frogs...

Just picked this frog up Saturday... tried to see if I could spot any nuptial pads, but couldn't really see that well, and didn't want to stress the little bugger out too much. It's eating...
Been a while since I've been on the forum... several years ago I found a grey tree frog and took him home. Didn't take long before "multiple frog syndrome" kicked in. Bought two whites after...
Update: froggy is doing well!! Added some more "foliage", and just today I found a better tank by the dumpster outside our apartment!! Same length and width as the 29 gallon, but considerably...
There are water conditioners you can add to water to remove chlorine/chloramine. Not sure what brands are available in the UK. Maybe other forum members could suggest something?
I don't know much about frogs, but this stuck out to me. Boiling just evaporates water, making anything else in the water even more concentrated. I wonder if that's what is affecting your frogs....
Managed to get a decent pic the other day.

(S)he is eating very well, and shows no signs of stress. (S)he took three crickets pretty much as soon as I put them in the tank last night!
Snout to vent is about 1-1/4"
I don't see any markings. Will have to get a measurement tonite, I'm at work right now...
Great point about stress! This one seems to be adjusting well. She sleeps during the day, and is active at night. She doesn't "spook" at all when we are in the room. She eats very well, she took a...
I do understand the wild-caught dilemma. I certainly wouldn't take an endangered animal from the wild. Since these guys are so common here, I don't have any objections to keeping this guy.
I have...
I'm in Union Grove... not too far from you...
Amy posted as I was typing... thanks for the input!!
I understand and appreciate your concern. I have read the care sheet on this site, and information from other sources and do feel that I can care for this frog. She is eating well and appears healthy...
Here's a better shot...

Froggy!
A coworker found this little guy chillin under the hood of a car he was changing the oil on... after some quick research I decided to take him home! I've got him in a standard 29 gallon tank with...
