I can't imagine it being calcium deficiency because I dust crickets for her regularly. However, in response to the other post, I did just change the substrate in the tank because I had a frog die...
I have had my WTF for about 3 years and he stoped eating for a few days. Well, now he has got his appetite back, but when he jumps at his food he hits them with his nose and misses. This frog used to...
He tries, but just opens his mouth, bumps the cricket, and pushes him away. It's like his tongue is not sticky enough to grab the food. Any suggestions?
(and why is this be posted with every thing I...
Well, what is it? I'm curious.

Thank you for the info. I have been trying to soak him for the past couple days. I was just curious, do you or anyone else feed their frogs other vitamins along with calcium. I am begining to think...
My WTF barley moves, keeps his head down, and has stopped eating. I Used to could get him to call by making noises, but now he won't even do it while the others are calling. Humidity stays in the...
I personally like the Mossy frogs. I have two of them. I bought them at a reptile show here in N.C., but you can get them online as well. Before I bought them at the show I was going to get them from...
How would I go about getting in touch with Dr. Drye. I checked on his site but could not find an email.
I have a green tree frog that I have had for a few years now and he has started acting very strange. I think he has somehow injured himself. When he moves, his head wobbles back and forth like he has...
The indonesians do have that problem. I have to australian dumpys and two indonesians in the tank. The two australians do not have that problem. One, which is not in the picture, is actually alot...

He's probably an australian tree frog and not indonesian. They do not get as big and he may likely be male. Males are smaller than females.
I do agree with you but have, however, had luck with mixing American green tree frogs and australian whites tree frogs. I kept them in the same tank for over a year. I eventually seperated them...

Just found out magnificent tree frogs have huge poison glands on their head. So housing them with whites is out of the questions. Thanks everyone. I'll find another frog.
Thanks to everyone for the information. I have been searching for the magnificent tree frog for a while. I have 4 red eyes already, but thank for you for the info. So no one knows where to find a...
1. Where can I buy one?
2. Can they be housed with australian whites (I am under the impression that they are similar species)
Thanks in advance.
I'm glad you saved it. I once saved a Red eye from a pet store as well. He was living in a 10 gallon aquarium with no water, no subtrate, and a heat lampshining directly on him. He was just laying...
Whites Tree Frog
Almost possitive he/she is indonesian. The Australian's have a much differen't look. You can usually tell by their eyes. I could be wrong though.
They cost around 45 to 60 depending on the size in N.C. When I have guests over this is their favorite out of my fifteen frogs.

I call this one the dumpy color grid. I caught my whites sleeping one afternoon and noticed everyone was a totally different color. Pretty interesting I thought.
