I, personally, use turkestans and can attest to them breeding like crazy! Which is great because I feed different sized nymphs to different animals and I always have more than enough around 1/8"....

In my experience, there isn't really a right way to do it. The more space available the better, and keeping a close eye on them and looking for any aggression or signs of stress is very important....
