Re: Dumpy tree frog? What am I doing wrong?

That's unfortunate =( They definitely don't look like dumpy tree frogs, in fact I wouldn't be surprised if they came from your neighbors bird bath lol. Our local pet shop is pretty pathetic when it...

Re: Gray tree frog (Hyla versicolor) terrarium

I've kept mine in both a 10 gallon exoterra and a converted 10 gallon fish tank, and they seem pretty content with the size to me. When I bought the fish tank the guy at the store said 3 gray's would...

Re: young gray tree frog seems sickly =(

Sorry I forgot to update. I don't know if forcing him to bathe and eat/poop is what helped or not but shortly after he got more and more energetic.
I haven't seen him do that butt stretch or any...

Re: young gray tree frog seems sickly =(

Thanks guys. We don't have any vets that do amphibians around here, so I'm assuming mailing the poop to Dr. Frye is my only option? Does anyone know the general cost of mailing the poop + medication?...

Re: young gray tree frog seems sickly =(

Are you familiar with the strange butt stretch he does at the 1:08 mark in the video? My other gray never does this. He constantly rubs under his butt too.
Here's his ghetto quarantine tank, He used...

    Re: Grey Treefrog help?

You'll want to mist the enclosure daily and leave a clean water bowl in there for him/her, but I think a screen enclosure should work. It'll be even easier to keep humid if you have some moss in...
